This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company: We are looking for: • Head architect in different software development projects • Creating guidelines, checklists and supporting development of services for inhouse and customers use, • Preparing and providing trainings of software professionals and coaching of specialists at customer sides • Technical project team lead including planning, team development and providing solutions and estimates to the teams • Controlling, monitoring and supporting consulting teams and providing quality control and assurance • Technical acquisition support for new projects and project offers (effort estimations, risk evaluation etc.) • Gathering and evaluating the latest trends and know-how in technologies and processes and transferring it to the teams. • Researching and analyzing technology trends, market demands and participating in market development |

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: • University degree • English - advanced or German - advanced • At least, 10 years of experience in software engineering in various domains and different projects • Profound understanding of different software development methods, e.g. agile, iterative-incremental, etc. • General overview of domains, technologies, processes, standards, resources, tools customer demands, requests of staff and management needs. • Experience in architecture and design • Experience in technologies (C/C++, C# .NET 3. and higher, Web/Silverlight, Embedded/Realtime) • Experience in design and architectural patterns • Experience in databases (MS SQL, Oracle) • Experience in team leading • Experience in reviews (code, design, architecture) • Experience in testing (unit, integration, system) • Experience in agile software methodologies and development |
