A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Test manager: - Independent planning and preparation of testing phases on the projects (test preparation and test execution) - Test approach preparation - Coordination of the testing activities with other project activities - Management of the testing team - Direct management of the test area leads - Assignment, management and supervision of work of the whole testing team - Independent management of test execution phases - Monitoring of test progress, risks and issues and identification of mitigation actions - Facilitation of communication within the bank and communication with the third parties - Organization and facilitation of testing team status meetings - Preparation and submission of reports about test status of project/release |

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - 3 years of experience in the field of project implementation/testing - preferably in a banking environment - Knowledge of testing methodology - Experience with team management - Communication skills - strong interpersonal skills - Experience with IT implementation projects - Responsibility, high reliability and independence - Endurance and pro-activity - Strong analytical and logical thinking - Effective time and priority management |
