| Náplň práce |
Successful candidates must be suitably educated and have practical experience. For an agreed portfolio they will be responsible for the End to End support throughout the engagement and delivery of request and the resulting projects, placed upon IGA. They will act as the initial gatekeeper of requests into IGA Europe for their portfolio. They will ensure that requests are appropriately defined by the customer, within the IGA portfo-lio, are consistent with the Systems Roadmap, are correctly funded, and delivery expecta-tions are reasonable. Once engaged they will be responsible for working with the IGA Programme Managers and Project Managers, to progress the request through to its conclusion which is a defined pro-ject delivered on time and within budget and handed over to production support. They will act as an advocate of IGA, and help both IGA, its people and its processes to evolve to meet the demands placed upon on IGA Primary responsibilities - Clear everyday English language is required for this role (spoken and written ). - This role is 09:00 to 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday, however some flexibility in the hours will need to be shown from time to time, to meet the business need, and to interlock with counterparts within the US. - When an engagement is agreed, the PTM will be responsible for ensuring the use of the New Project management structure to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Manage the relationship between IGA Europe and CIO ( Transform and RUN, Europe and Global ) for their portfolio. - Support escalations through appropriate processes. - Ensure that projects are planned and budgets are created and provided to cost pool owners. - Ensure that projects within your portfolio are delivered through an end to end approach - Interlock with the Architecture team on all matters that require their guidance and support, ensuring full compliance to architectural designs. - Keep the engagement systems (IDT and IRP) updated for their portfolio - Take ownership and lead some calls that cross the New Business Team such as the bi-weekly Risk and Issue call or weekly resource calls. - Tale ownership of some portfolio related team rooms such as the PTM or BXE team rooms. |

Skills required: Hands on knowledge of the following application and processes: - IDT - IGA Monthly Reporting - IRP - RPM - Lotus Symphony An awareness and understanding of the following applications or processes : - AD Lifecycle - BTMS - BTMT - BTOP - CAS - Change Management - Change freeze and Change Freeze Exception Processes. - CMAD - ENACT - Escalation processes - HW and SW ordering processes - ICAT - IGA Roadmap - IGA Service offerings - QMX & GEM - RFS - RRF - RTE - World Wide Risk Acceptance - WWPMM Additional applications and processes will apply depending on the TPM Portfolio. Other relevant information: The candidate will need excellent communication skills, as they will be in direct discussions with Customers, Application Architects, Resource Managers, Line Managers, Cost Pool Own-ers, Programme Managers, Project Managers, in fact anyone in IBM that it takes to get the job done. The communication will vary from simple request, through to escalation calls. They will need to be able to work within teams. They must be able to demonstrate that they can effectively manage their workloads, work unsupervised, be pro-active and flexible in their approach to work and demonstrate a positive attitude. |
