This is a unique opportunity to start with a company which aims to drive the market worldwide: The position involves leading, managing, defining, creating and maintaining internal development testing of our products in accordance with the company standards within the Scrum development process. It is a position that assumes ability to understand technical details communicated with application developers and development specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a small high-profile verification & integration team developing comprehensive and repeatable automated test processes. Where tests cannot be automated, they will need to be carried out manually - Defining internal development quality standards for our products and reporting quality state of products releases - Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements. - Participation on analysis of new features with developers and subject matter experts with a focus on definition of test cases Creating and maintaining set of test cases - Usage and participation in creation of automatic tests - Preparing of the data environment for application development on different environ-ments, operation systems, databases - Quick check and regression test of development releases of the products Synchronization and participation on manual user tests of developed features in development and testing of released products - Communication of application |

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - University degree > 4 years of relevant professional experience in software testing - Excellent problem solving skills, ability to use own initiative and ability to lead a small team - Ability to understand technical details of Web-based application - Knowledge of UML and basic SQL knowledge - Experience in object-oriented programming appreciated - Ability to use technical data manipulation techniques including the use of SQL required - Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision and status of projects and be willing to learn and support systems and implementations. - Language skills: English fluently, German appreciated |
