In position of LEADER OF NETWORK TEAM you will be responsible for: - Process leading a team of administrators responsibility for running process and takeover of projects - Ensuring fulfilment of Service Level & Delivery agreements - Planning resources creating rules and processes - Responsibility for cost centre: planning of costs, regular cost checks analysis of costs, initiation of steps to decrease costs - Responsibility for employees: development/training target Management - Annual salary check planning working time, on-call duty, leave days meeting structure - Integration of new employees |

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - Preferably a University Master or Bachelor degree (IT or other specialization) - Fluent English language - required - Fluent German language - big advantage - Min. 1 year of experience in administration - Overview about IT industry - Knowledge about methods, organization and production of IT services (ITIL Processes) - Overview about IT preferably a Know-how of Operation Systems - Ability to take over the responsibility for leading the team and the operational processes - Developed personality dynamic, assertive, very good communication and soft skills - Ability to work in a team and proactively formulate own ideas - Ability to take over the responsibility for leading the team and the operation process |
