Our client international company, that operates in IT field is starting new HR department and is searching for good candidates for the position RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT. Your main responsibilities will be: - Running phone prescreening processes and personal interviews with candidates - Active communication with candidates - Searching for candidates from different sources - Presentation of possible positions to the candidates and active care of them - Daily communication with foreign manager - Solving ad hoc tasks - Administrative support of department |

The successful candidate should have the following attributes: - Finished university studies - Working experience in the field of HR is advantage - Fluent English and German or English and Spanish or English and Italian or English and French language - at least 6 months working experience in the field of HR - Great PC skills - Previous working experience with Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter is advantage - Ability to negotiate with candidates and work under pressure - Organizational skills |
