| Náplň práce |
You will support banking middleware and integration platform to ensure superior results for end customers. Tasks: - Member of 2nd level support for middleware and interfaces implementation. - Understanding data flow between systems, interfaces to 3rd parties, dependencies between systems. Able to trace and fix problems in middleware and integration design and solution with support of IT development team and third party vendors. - Monitor performance and availability of middleware. - Deploy changes in middleware system on production environment. - Monitor issue tracking tool for incoming incidents and act accordingly. - Analyze problems in software applications and resolving them with help of 3rd level vendor support. - Recognize the critical elements of application problems; determine solutions and make logical recommendations. - Perform daily IT-related banking operations, mainly focused on interfaces with third parties. - Supporting Change Lead in evaluation of proposed system changes and performing the changes; or supervises and validates changes done by other parties. - Close cooperation with various business partners on definition, testing and operation of interfaces. - Escalate problems to supervisor or third party as appropriate. |

- At least 3 years of IT experience - Proven experience with integration techniques (MQ, Tibco, WebServices, JMS etc.) - At least basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL - At least basic Unix experience, preferably IBM AIX - Analytical and problem solving skills - Experience in understanding of complex subsystems - Good communication skills to facilitate communication with IT and functional specialist, business partners and IT suppliers - Very good command of English; significant portion of communication is with foreigners Optional (but welcome) knowledge: -Enterprise middleware (ESB) experience (MQ, Tibco, BEA) - Unix scripting (sh, perl) and Windows scripting (bat, wsh) - Software build and configuration tools (ant, make, SVN, CVS etc.) - Connect Direct - Basic Java experience welcome - Experience with MQ and WebSphere Message Broker is an advantage - Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL is a plus - Experience from banking knowledge or similar high-transactional environment is welcome - Expertise in identifying performance, resilience and scalability bottlenecks - Knowledge of integration telephony concept and call centers component |
