Primarily, you will be responsible for the following: - Billing of all Services used by company in EMEA region in an accurate and timely manner - Responsible for the initial billing set up of the company and its Lines of Business - Responsible for updating and maintaining the billing support detail accurately - Responsible for raising manual invoices and resolution of all related billing issues - Investigate possible discrepancies between billing request and Oracle financials to prevent future mistakes on invoice - Daily communication with other departments |
