| Náplň práce |
- Supervises a team of Windows Platform Analysts to provide Windows operational support for all data centers, a global computing environment consisting of over 3,000 Windows servers. - Plans and leads the installation of Operating System and related system software including patching, preventative and corrective maintenance within the change management process and scheduled maintenance windows. - Interfaces and coordinates with application support teams, Help Desk teams, regional GI service delivery teams, project engineering teams and other global infrastructure teams to ensure appropriate procedures are documented and followed - Ability to recognize and respond to customer expectations with a sense of urgency - Ensures the transition of projects into production are completed on-time and with the highest quality - Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition, and performance feedback - Continually reviews operational performance to determine opportunities for service and cost improvement through the identification and adoption of industry best practices and innovations - Trains staff in the use of industry best practices, established operational methodologies and documented procedures - Oversees and/or participates in level II incident and problem management with responsibility for resolution and root cause analysis within Operating Level Agreements - Leads the monitoring of system availability, performance and configuration to standards to achieve optimal efficiencies and throughput - Provides statistical reporting in support of Operating Level Agreements - Schedules migrations, consolidations and maintenance with IT customers in accordance with Operating Level Agreements - Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside / outside the company and to interact with teams to reach goals and business objectives - Instills customer service attitude and work ethic throughout the team - Leads system continuity management by developing backup and recovery processes to support recovery from hardware or application failures; leads Storage/Backup Disaster Recovery planning and testing - Leads the development and maintenance of SOX procedures; ensures team adheres to SOX policies and gathers evidence for SOX audits - Ability to set and align goals consistent with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environments |

4+ years of Information Technology work experience - 4-year University degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems - 4+ years of Information Technology work experience - 2+ years of Information Technology team leadership experience - Ability to work with a diverse group of people of different skills, backgrounds, departments and management levels - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in speaking English - Experience managing global projects, working across multiple time zones and cultures - Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Intel-based server hardware - Strong team-building and motivational skills are required to ensure the staff works together efficiently and effectively to meet or exceed our Operating Level Agreements - Experience with VMware and Citrix is a benefit |
