| Náplň práce |
Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables: - Manages all deliverables pertaining to the relevant technology including: solution quality, solution delivery feasibility, risk mitigation, financials and alignment of client requirements to HP services - Participates in the development of HP Proposition. - Validates and approves all deliverables for Cloud technology. - Provides appropriate linkage and communication with customer/partner contacts, assumes client-facing role - Leads, coaches and mentors the Cloud team members on a day-to-day basis to manage the schedule and assignments. - Provides performance feedback, guidance and direction for Cloud team members - Prepares for and facilitates reviews and concurrences. - Interfaces with the Solution Lead, Proposal Manager and Bid Manager. - Delivers solution, cost/pricing models, and proposal content efficiently, effectively, and timely. - Provides market price information for the technical solution. - Ensures solution is complete and accurate - Knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the technology (i.e., server management, network, hosting, desktop, security etc.) - Designs and delivers solutions for real clients. - Understands and can articulate all aspects of transition/transformation/migration from the current situation to the proposed end state. This includes major milestones, timelines and manpower (both supplier and client). - Understands and can articulate the solution from a people resource perspective - Understands and can articulate all aspects of Financial and Operational perspective Deliverables: - Due Diligence technology scope reports - Actively participate in solution strategy definition - Successfully contribute to the winning of outsourcing engagements - Create and manage a high performance Cloud technology solution - Ensure that technology solution meets internal HP and customer criteria in terms of cost, quality, business value and services - Collaborate with HR pursuit function to ensure efficient use of resources - Collaborate with other engagement/pursuit functions to ensure scheduling and execution of delivery reviews - Support the Solution Lead and the pursuit team during negotiation (e.g. creation of contract exhibits) - Support the Transformation manager - Ensure knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed, and that documentation is handed over |

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience - Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written in English - Five or more years experience in technical solution design for complex IT environments, ideally in commercial deals - Extensive project management experience in IT environment - In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure (servers, operating systems, virtualization, data management, databases, management software) - Proven capability of designing data centre outsourcing proposals for large outsourcing opportunities - Summary understanding of the standard service offering elements and their interaction - Leads technical architectural design concepts - Strategic outsourcing marketplace knowledge - Results driven personality - Coaching and mentoring skills - Build rapport and trust with customer - Communication: presenting effectively - Develop and apply listening skills - Demonstrate multi-tasking skills - Provides Information and Knowledge Sharing |
